Pre—lnspection
Our expert technicians will thoroughly inspect your carpets, identifying any potential permanent stains and providing a realistic evaluation of the expected results- We also take the time to address any concerns you might have.
Furniture Moving/Area Preparation
We’ll carefully move most light furniture, such as tables and chairs, at no extra cost. For heavier items like beds and dressers, our consultants can provide a precise quote for moving them safely.
Initial Pre—vacuum
We use high-powered commercial vacuums to remove dry soil, which is a critical first step in the cleaning process
Pre—spray
A specially formulated preconditioning agent is applied to break down soil and stains in high-traffic areas, ensuring a deeper clean.
Pre-Spot Treatment
Stubborn spots are treated with targeted solutions to maximize the chances of removal. While some stains may be permanent, we use the best techniques available for optimal results.
Pre-grooming/Agitation
We use a professional carpet groomer to further loosen soil, enhancing the effectiveness of our cleaning process
Soil Extraction and Rinse
Our powerful truck-mounted hot water stearn extraction system thoroughly rinses your carpet, removing dirt without over-wetting or leaving a sticky residue.
Post-Grooming
We groom your carpet to ensure the pile stands tall, aiding in faster drying and a pristine appearance.

We use high-powered commercial vacuums to remove dry soil, which is a critical first step in the cleaning process
Custom Drying System
Our technicians set up a custom drying system to maximize airflow and speed up the drying process. Allow 8 to 24hours for carpet to dry (Humidity and ventilations are factors in drying time)
Application of Carpet Protectant
For longer-lasting carpets and fewer permanent stains, consider adding ScotchgardTM protector to your cleaning package.

Urine and Pet Odor Treatment
Pet owners know how challenging it can be to keep their homes odor-free. We tackle pet urine and dander at the source, treating both the carpet surface and the underlying padding.
For optimal results, we recommend also cleaning walls, doors drapes, and
other affected areas.

Using a UV light, we locate urine spots to target treatment precisely.
Saturation Treatment
We saturate both the carpet and padding with an odor/urine removal solution.
Extraction
A specialized tool extracts urine from the padding, followed by a thorough rinse.
Cleaning and Deodorizing
Finally, we clean the carpet and apply a deodorizer, leaving your home fresh and clean.
