Favian grew up in rural west Texas. Being raised in a low-income household, Favian and his siblings from an early age had to work in the local cotton fields each summer to help their parents make ends meet for the family. After high graduation, Favian got married and joined the military. Along with being an Army veteran, he is a father of three, and an Angelo State University graduate. His work ethic began to take shape early in his life. His parents taught him to be honest. As his parents taught him, he taught his children that integrity is a must have and one’s keeping one’s word is one of the greatest strengths a person has. Family, honesty, patience, and a core desire to do the best job possible are pillars that have allowed Favian to be successful in life.
Every job is the most important job of the day. He is driven by a higher moral compass.

Paul Martinez was raised in Houston and is a dad to four beautiful children. By leading by example, Paul ensures his crew always strive to do the best job possible and they make it a focal point to pay special attention to the details of every cleaning project so that the utmost level of customer satisfaction is achieved. His goal is to make sure that a client’s home is left clean and fresh. Before Paul even thinks about putting away his cleaning equipment, he goes over the cleaning with the customer to make sure they are happy and make sure there is nothing else they want done.
