Carpet Cleaning
America’s Choice offers a full range of cleaning services for all the carpet in your home or business. Our success of longevity comes from our professionalism, honesty, and affordability. Not all carpet stains are created equal, most come out but some require just the right solution. With that said, some may be permanent but we give our 110% best on every job. The Cleaning Process
Our carpet cleaning process includes the following:
1. Pre-Inspection
We will visually inspect all carpet to be cleaned. We will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have.
2. Furniture Moving/Prepping the Area to be cleaned
Most light furniture, tables, and chairs are moved upon request at no cost. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces cost extra to move. Our consultants can quote the exact cost to move any heavier pieces.
3. Commercial Pre-vacuum
Dry soil is removed by thoroughly commercially power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.
4. Pre-spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
5. Pre-spot
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. (Please not, some spots are permanent. Red spots are a different process)
6. Pre-grooming/Agitation
A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil.
7. Soil Extraction and Rinse
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed using a powerful truck mounted hot water steam extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.
8. Neutralizer
Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced afterwards so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft, fresh and clean.
9. Post Groom
Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
10. Drying
The technician will create a custom drying system for maximum airflow to achieve optimal drying.
11. Post Cleaning Inspection
Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job.
12. Application of Carpet Protectant
(additional cost/optional)

Urine and Pet Odor Treatment
Pet owners know the challenge of keeping their home Pet Odor and Urine free. Pet urine and dander can cause odor in every space of a home, including the padding underneath the carpet. America’s Choice goes to the source of the urine issue by not only treating the carpet surface but the padding as well. Our process can eliminate most carpet pet odor issues, but it is also highly recommended homeowners wipe down walls, doors, drapes, and anything else in the affected area for optimum results.
Process includes:
1) Locate the urine spot with a UV light.
2) Saturate carpet and padding with an odor/urine removal treatment
3) Extract urine from padding with a tool specific to spot extractions and rinse.
4) Clean carpet and deodorize
